7. Shipping and risk

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier.

8. International shipments

9. Returns

If the purchase contract is concluded outside the company’s business premises, the sale is subject to Italian Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code), which grants the buyer the right to withdraw from the contract.

To exercise this right, the customer must send SLR Srl a written notice of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

In the event of a refund, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

10. Claims

Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted to info@slreu.com within 72 hours of delivery and must include relevant documentation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLR’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product(s) concerned.

12. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify SLR against any claims arising from improper or unauthorized use of the Products.

13. Intellectual property

All Website content is the property of SLR or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.

14. Prohibited use

Users must not use the Website or Products for unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes.
